Practical example
A career site was to be created for our client, which would display the job advertisements from the HR platform Personio used by the client. In addition, all incoming applications from the career site should be transferred to Personio.
Procedure
To fulfill this requirement, the solution was to integrate the application programming interface (API) provided by Personio on the client’s career site. Our implemented solution comprises 2 phases.
In phase 1, we used the API provided by Personio to generate an XML feed containing all job advertisements. From this XML feed, a page with a filter mechanism and results area is generated, which displays all job advertisements based on the selected filters.
The second phase involved the integration of fully functional application forms, which are automatically processed by the HR platform Personio upon submission.
At the end of the website programming, a fully functional career site was created, which is managed via the external platform Personio.
